Shipping

Our warehouse and office are located in the South Island of NZ and orders will often ship same or next (business) day. We expect a delivery time of 3-5 (business) days in most cases, and tracking information should be sent to you when your order has left our warehouse.

We are NZ based and as such hold stock, parts, and accessories to help with any issues or extras you may need or want.

Due to the size of some items our shipping rates can vary and we may even have a free shipping promotion on, but generally shipping rates are as follows:

Small Parcel (Fins, Leashes, Apparel, etc)	$9.20
Small Package (Pumps, Footwear, etc)	$13.80
Medium Package (Life Vests, Wetsuits, etc)	$18.40
Large Items (inflatable SUP’s)	$25.30
Xtra Large items (Composite Boards)	$63.25

Returns

If you purchased your item through this website then please email info@solis.nz for a Return Number and the return address.

You have 30 days to return an item from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, along with any labels/accessories/Guarantees/Instructions. You must retain the receipt or proof of purchase. All purchased items must be returned and inspected before any refund or exchange will be granted.

If you purchased your item through one of our retailers then please return the item to them or one of their sister stores.
